Fair use — each plan includes its monthly conversations plus a fair-use cap on AI usage. If either runs out, automated replies pause until the next calendar month: customers are asked to leave their details, every message is saved and flagged for you, and you can still reply yourself. We email you at 80% and 100% of your conversations, and you can upgrade at any time.
